The weather was perfect, the moon was full, and the legendary hospitality of this Tallahassee landmark was in full swing. The event at Goodwood Museum & Gardens was simply spectacular. Each visit to this magnificent property is marked by improvements. It was one of the largest crowds at a charity event this year. Hats off to Compass Marketing for their great graphic work on the evening program! Crooked Shooz rocked and the food was pure down home Southern cooking, right down to the greens and black eyed-peas. In addition to helping a worthy cause, we touched a lot of voters who are new to our campaign and feel good about the time we spent Under the Oaks. |

We must reclaim respect and fairness for Florida's public servants and work to solve the health care crisis in Florida, particularly as it effects our most vulnerable: our children, our elderly, and our sick.
Michelle grew up close to where Susan B. Anthony campaigned relentlessly for suffrage. Here is one of her favorite quotes: “It was we, the people; not we, the white male citizens; nor yet we, the male citizens; but we, the whole people, who formed the Union.... Men, their rights and nothing more; women, their rights and nothing less.”
~Susan B. Anthony
